The present invention relates to a kendo robot capable of being manufactured by a three-dimensional (3D) printer and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the kendo robot comprises: a lower body part having a battery pack therein; a body part having a mainboard and a servo motor therein; a head part having a speaker part therein, a fixed arm having one end part fixed and coupled to one side of the lower part of the head part; a rotating arm having one end part fixed and coupled to one side of the body part; and a kendo sword coupled to the other end part of the fixed and rotating arms to be able to rotate. 본 발명은, 검도로봇 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 3D 프린터를 이용하여 제조 가능한 검도로봇 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
