The present invention relates to a whitening cosmetic composition, and more specifically, to a cosmetic composition having antioxidant and whitening activities, which comprises a yuja seed extract or a limonoid aglycone derived from yuja seeds as an active ingredient. Since the yuja seed extract or limonoid aglycone derived from yuja seeds of the present invention exhibits excellent safety and antioxidant activities and can effectively suppress melanin production, the composition of the present invention comprising the same as the active ingredients can exhibit excellent whitening effects through suppression of melanin pigments without irritating the skin, and thus can be beneficially used as a functional cosmetic composition. In particular, since the yuja seed extract or limonoid aglycone derived from yuja seeds of the present invention is natural ingredients, the cosmetic composition comprising the same can be safe even when used over a long time. 본 발명은 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 유자씨 추출물 또는 유자씨 유래의 리모노이드 아글리콘을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 및 미백 활성을 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유자씨 추출물 및 유자씨 유래의 리모노이드 아글리콘은 우수한 안전성, 항산화 활성과 더불어 멜라닌 생성을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 피부에 자극 없이 멜라닌 색소 억제를 통한 우수한 미백 효과를 나타낼 수 있어 기능성 화장료 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 유자씨 추출물 및 유자씨 유래의 리모노이드 아글리콘은 천연 소재로서, 이를 포함하는 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 장기간 사용에도 안전한 이점을 가진다.
