Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for weaving an eco-friendly tarpaulin that is recyclable, comprising: a fabric forming step (S10) of weaving a weft yarn portion (11) and a warp yarn portion (12) formed through PP yarns in a form of a fabric (10); a coating step (S20) of applying a coating liquid (20) capable of bonding components onto the fabric (10) of the fabric forming step (S10); and a high-frequency treatment step (S30) of radiating a high frequency so that bonding of the coating liquid (20) on the fabric (10) of the coating step (S20) is close. According to the present invention, since no waste is discarded due to recyclability, manufacturing cost and waste can be reduced to protect the environment, and the tarpaulin can be used for a long time through increased strength.
본 발명은 재활용이 가능한 친환경 타포린을 제직하는 방법에 있어서: PP사를 통해 형성된 위사부(11)와 경사부(12)를 직물(10) 형태로 제직하는 직물형성단계(S10); 상기 직물형성단계(S10)의 직물(10) 상에 접착성분이 가능한 코팅액(20)을 도포하는 도포단계(S20); 및 도포단계(S20)의 직물(10) 상에 코팅액(20)의 결착이 면밀하도록 고주파를 발산하는 고주파처리단계(S30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 재활용이 가능함에 따라 버려지는 것이 없어 제조비용이 감소 및 쓰레기를 줄여 환경을 보호할 수 있고, 높아진 강도를 통해 장시간 사용 가능한 효과를 제공한다. |
