The present invention relates to an RFID-applied eco-friendly meter-rate food waste collecting apparatus including a modular outer case independently detachable from one side of a food waste collecting box, having an RFID reader in the front thereof, having an upper cover on the upper side thereof so as to be automatically opened and closed by an electric cylinder, and having a transport pipe on the lower side thereof so as to be connected to the food waste collecting box; a load cell fixedly coupled to a lower frame supporting the outer case and used as weight measuring means; a weighing box coupled to the upper side of the load cell in the outer case, having a discharge port at a predetermined part of a bottom surface so as to communicate with the transport pipe, and having an upper opening portion for food waste inflow in response to the opening and closing operation of the upper cover; and a discharge device discharging the food waste to the discharge port by forwardly and reversely rotating and moving the food waste flowing in through the opening portion in the weighing box about the central portion of the bottom surface of the weighing box. According to the present invention, a billing collecting apparatus for measuring the weight of food waste and performing billing is independently usably formed in a weight reducer or on one side of a collecting box, and thus active application can be performed with respect to an already used weight reducer or collecting container. In addition, the residue in the weighing box for food waste measurement can be cleanly removed. Accordingly, hygiene and accuracy can be improved. Also, the present invention is based on RFID technology, and thus the convenience of use can be redoubled by the meter-rate food waste collecting apparatus. 본 발명은 RFID를 적용한 친환경 음식물쓰레기 종량제 수거장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 RFID를 적용한 친환경 음식물쓰레기 종량제 수거장치는, 음식물 쓰레기 수거함의 일측에 독립적으로 탈부착이 가능한 모듈형태로 형성되며, 전방에 RFID리더기가 설치되고 상측으로는 전동실린더에 의해 자동으로 개폐되는 상부덮개가 배치되며 하측으로는 상기 음식물 쓰레기 수거함과 연결되는 이송관이 형성되는 외부케이스; 상기 외부케이스를 지지하는 하부프레임에 고정결합되어 무게측정수단으로 사용되는 로드셀; 상기 외부케이스의 내부에서 상기 로드셀의 상측으로 결합되고 바닥면 일정부위에 상기 이송관에 연통되는 배출구가 형성되며, 상부에 상기 상부덮개의 개폐동작에 대응되어 음식물쓰레기가 유입되기 위한 개구부가 형성되는 계량함; 및 상기 계량함의 내부에서 상기 개구부를 통해 유입되는 음식물쓰레기를 상기 계량함의 바닥면 중심부를 기준으로 정역방향 회전이동시켜 상기 배출구로 배출하는 배출장치;를 구비한다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 음식물쓰레기의 무게를 측정하여 과금하기 위한 과금용 수거장치를 감량기나, 수거함의 일측에 독립적으로 사용이 가능하게 형성하여 기존에 사용하고 있는 감량기나 수거용기에 적극 활용할 수 있고, 음식물쓰레기를 계량하는 계량함 내부의 잔여물을 깨끗하게 제거할 수 있어 위생상태와 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, RFID기술을 기반으로 함으로써 사용자편의성을 배가시킨 음식물쓰레기 종량제 수거장치를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
