The present invention relates to an all-in-one cleansing cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a cleansing cosmetic composition, which minimizes irritation to the skin and increases a make-up cleansing effect with a single cleansing, lowers the oil residue feeling, improves the moisturizing power after cleansing and contains: vegetable butter; and a non-sulfate anionic surfactant. The cosmetic composition of the present invention minimizes irritation to the skin, at the same time, the makeup cleansing effect is excellent and the cleansing properties are excellent even with one cleansing without double cleansing, so no additional cleansing is required, and the moisturizing effect is excellent after cleansing to be used as the all-in-one make-up cleansing cosmetic composition. 본 발명은 올인원(All-in-one) 클렌징 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 피부에 대한 자극을 최소화함과 동시에 1 회의 세안만으로도 메이크업 클렌징 효과는 높이고 오일 잔여감은 낮추며, 세안 후 보습력을 향상시키는 식물성 버터; 및 비-설페이트계 음이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 클렌징화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 피부에 미치는 자극을 최소화함과 동시에, 이중세안 없이 1회의 세안만으로도 메이크업 클렌징 효과가 우수하고 세정성이 우수하여 별도의 추가 세안이 필요하지 않으며, 세안 후 보습효과가 우수하여, 올인원(All-in-one) 메이크업 클렌징 화장료 조성물로 사용할 수 있다.
