Summary: | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a reactor vessel and a reactor vessel manufactured thereby, to effectively cool a core melt material by improving the critical heat flux of the outer wall surface of a reactor vessel. The method includes: a first step of preparing a coating agent containing copper particles; a second step of coating the outer wall surface of the reactor vessel with the coating agent; and a third step of sintering the coating agent to form a sintered layer, wherein the sintered layer includes a reentrant-type cavity.
본 발명은 원자로 용기 외벽 표면의 임계열유속을 향상시켜 노심 용융물을 효과적으로 냉각시키기 위한 것으로, 구리 입자를 함유하는 코팅제를 준비하는 단계(단계 1), 원자로 용기 외벽 표면에 상기 코팅제를 도포하는 단계(단계 2) 및 상기 코팅제를 소결하여 소결층을 형성하는 단계(단계 3)를 포함하고, 상기 소결층은 요각 구멍(reentrant-type cavity)을 포함하는 원자로 용기의 제조 방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 원자로 용기를 제공한다. |
