Summary:The present invention relates to a multipurpose mat with non-slip and waterproof functions. In order to impart a non-slip function to a tarpaulin fabric material having a waterproof function, mixed raw materials, in which LLDPE, polypropylene (PP), and HDPE are mixed at a specific weight ratio, were extruded and laminated, and functional laminated fabric having waterproof and non-slip functions is obtained. In the multipurpose mat having waterproof and non-slip functions, tarpaulin fabric having a waterproof function is woven, wherein the tarpaulin fabric is composed of 70±10 wt% of raw materials of polyethylene and ethylene-hexene polymer, polyethylene for coating applied on one side of the woven fabric at a rate of 20±5 wt%, and polyethylene color master batch in the range of 10±5 wt% for color expression. A non-slip mixed raw material is obtained by mixing 50±10 wt% of LLDPE, 30±10 wt% of polypropylene (PP), and 20±10 wt% of HDPE. The tarpaulin fabric and the non-slip mixed raw material are laminated together to obtain functional laminated fabric having waterproof and non-slip functions, and the functional laminated fabric is cut into the bottom surface shape of a container structure. When the tarpaulin fabric is cut to form a side wall of the container structure, an upper end portion of the side wall is bent, an overlapping portion has a reinforcing core material inserted within the bent surface, and an ultrasonic welding process (1) is performed in the overlapping portion. A lower end portion of the side wall overlaps the bottom surface of the container structure to form an overlapping portion, and an ultrasonic welding process (2) is performed. 본원은 방수기능을 갖는 타포린 원단소재에 논슬립 기능을 부여하기 위해, LLDPE와 PP(poly propylene) 및 HDPE가 특정 중량비율로 혼합된 혼합원료가 압출 및 합지되어 방수성과 논슬립 기능을 갖는 기능성 합지원단을 얻어서 이를 이용하여 논슬립기능 및 방수기능을 갖는 다용도 매트관련 기술이다. 본원은 방수기능 및 논슬립 기능을 갖는 다용도 매트에서, 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌-헥센코폴리머의 원료 70±10wt%와 직조 원단의 일면에 20±5wt%의 비율로 도포되는 코팅용 폴리에틸렌과 색상구현을 위한 10±5wt% 범위의 폴리에틸렌 칼라 마스터뱃치의 구성비율을 이루며 방수기능을 갖는 타포린 원단이 직조되고, LLDPE 50±10wt%, PP(poly propylene) 30±10wt%, HDPE 20±10wt% 중량비율로 혼합된 논슬립 혼합배합원료를 얻으며, 상기 타포린 원단과 논슬립 혼합원료가 합지되어 방수기능과 논슬립 기능을 갖는 기능성합지원단을 얻어서 용기구조의 바닥면 형상으로 재단 및 절단되고, 상기 타포린 원단으로 용기구조의 측벽부를 이루도록 재단 및 절단될 때 측벽부의 상단부가 꺽여 절곡되고 절곡면 내측에 보강심재가 내삽된 상태로 중첩부를 이루며 중첩부에 초음파 융착공정(1)이 실시되고, 상기 측벽부의 하단부와 용기구조의 바닥면이 겹쳐져 중첩부를 이루며 초음파 융착공정(2)이 실시되어 방수성 및 미끄럼 방지기능을 갖는 다용도 매트 관련 기술이다.
