A light emitting device package according to an embodiment may include a body, a light emitting device disposed on the body, and an adhesive disposed between the body and the light emitting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the body includes first and second through holes penetrating from the upper surface of the body to the lower surface of the body, and a first recess recessed from the upper surface of the body toward the lower surface of the body. The first recess may be disposed between the first and second through holes. The adhesive may be disposed in the first recess. According to the embodiment, the light emitting device may include first and second electrodes overlapping the first and second through holes with respect to a first direction from the lower surface of the body toward the upper surface.
