The present invention relates to a method for stimulating secretion of exosomes from stem cells and a functional cosmetic composition comprising stem cell-derived exosomes as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for mass-producing exosomes from stem cells, a method for increasing secretion of the exosomes from the stem cells, and a functional cosmetic composition comprising the stem cell-derived exosomes as an active ingredient, wherein the method for mass-producing exosomes from stem cells comprise a step of treating a stem cell culture medium with TNF-α and culturing the same under condition with 1-8% of oxygen concentration. 본 발명은 줄기세포로부터 엑소좀 분비를 촉진시키는 방법 및 줄기세포 유래 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 줄기세포 배양액에 TNF-α를 처리하고 1~8%의 산소농도 조건 하에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 줄기세포로부터 엑소좀을 대량 생산하는 방법, 줄기세포로부터 엑소좀의 분비를 증가시키는 방법 및 줄기세포 유래 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
