According to the present invention, the LED module includes a frame that is assembled into a frame by combining one or more combination members as one set, an illumination part installed to be exposed to one of the inner surfaces of the combination members, and an irradiation part coupled to the inner surface of the combination member and diffusing light emitted from the illumination part to the outside. Each of the combination members has a receiving groove which is a space divided into the inside and the outside. A through hole where the outside and the receiving groove communicate with each other is formed at one of the combination members to allow the illumination part to emit light through the through hole. It is possible to increase light efficiency. 본 발명의 LED 모듈은 하나 이상 구비한 결합부재를 한 개조로 조합하여 틀 형태로 조립되는 프레임과, 상기 결합부재의 내측면 중 어느 한 개소의 결합부재의 내측면에 노출되게 설치되는 조명부와, 상기 결합부재의 내측면에 결합되어 조명부에서 발광되는 빛을 외부로 확산 시키는 조사부로 구성하되, 각각의 결합부재는 내부에 외부와 구획된 공간인 수납홈을 형성하고, 상기 결합부재 중 어느 한 개소의 결합부재에 외부와 수납홈이 연통되는 관통공을 형성시켜 조명부가 관통공을 통해 외부로 빛을 발광시키도록 구성한다.
