Summary: | The present invention relates to a method to manufacture pig iron almost without using carbon in a heat reservation zone. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method to manufacture pig iron comprises: a step of blowing oxygen and hydrogen, which supplies a flow rate for combustion, into a blast furnace for manufacturing pig iron from iron ores and cokes; a step of generating reduction gas from blast furnace gas, which includes hydrogen flowing from the blast furnace, through a CO_2 reduction reactor; a step of cooling the reduction gas to remove moisture; a step of removing CO_2 including the reduction gas from which the moisture is removed; a step of supplementing hydrogen to the rest of reduction gas, wherein CO_2 is removed from the reduction gas, such that the reduction gas includes less than 5% of CH_4, less than 5% of H_2O, and less than 1% of CO_2; and a step of heating the reduction gas, to which hydrogen is supplemented, at the temperature of 1,000°C or higher, and blowing the heated reduction gas into a heat reservation zone of the blast furnace.
본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 선철의 제조 방법은 철광석 및 코크스로부터 선철을 제조하는 고로에 산소와 연소를 위한 풍량을 공급하는 수소를 취입하는 단계, CO환원 반응기를 통해 상기 고로로부터 유입되는 수소를 포함하는 고로 가스로부터 환원 가스를 생성하는 단계, 환원 가스를 냉각하여 수분을 제거하는 단계, 수분이 제거된 상기 환원 가스에 포함된 CO를 제거하는 단계, CO가 제거되어 CH가 5%, HO가 5%, CO가 1% 미만인 환원 가스에 나머지를 수소로 보충하는 단계, 수소가 보충된 상기 환원 가스를 1,000℃이상의 온도로 가열한 후 상기 고로의 열보존대에 취입하는 단계를 포함하고, 환원 가스는 상기 고로 내부의 열보존대에 공급한다.. |
