Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for sidewalk blocks for enhancing water and air permeability, and a manufacturing method of sidewalk blocks using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a composition for sidewalk blocks for enhancing water and air permeability, which comprises 50 to 62 parts by weight of bottom ash, 0.9 to 1.3 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, 17 to 18 parts by weight of Portland cement, 11 to 16 parts by weight of aggregate, and 2 to 3 parts by weight of fumed silica. According to the present invention, a bottom ash complex composition recycled from waste and a Portland cement composition are used in combination, but holes for water permeation is unnecessary and foreign substances are not accumulated on the sidewalk blocks, so that an effect for improving the aesthetic effect due to the appearance of the sidewalk blocks is expected. 본 발명은 투수성 및 통기성이 우수한 보도 블럭 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 보도 블럭의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바텀 애쉬 50~62 중량부, 감수제 0.9~1.3 중량부, 포틀랜드시멘트 17~18 중량부, 골재 11~ 16 중량부, 흄드실리카 2~3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 및 통기성이 우수한 보도 블럭 조성물을 제공한다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 폐기물을 재활용한 바텀 애쉬 복합 조성물과 포틀랜드 시멘트 조성물을 복합하여 사용하되, 투수를 위한 구멍을 생성할 필요가 없어 이물질이 보도 블럭에 쌓이지 아니하므로 보도 블럭의 외관에 따른 미감을 향상시키는 작용효과가 기대된다.
