본 출원은 정보 검색 방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 상기 정보 검색 방법은 구체적으로, 사용자가 입력한 검색 문구를 포함하는 검색 요청을 수신하는 단계(201)와, 상기 사용자의 사용자 정보를 획득하고, 상기 검색 문구와 상기 사용자 정보를 기반으로 사전에 트레이닝된 분류 모델을 통해 상기 사용자의 검색 요청을 획득하되, 상기 검색 요청은 지식 엔티티, 상기 지식 엔티티에 관련된 적어도 하나의 요청을 포함하는 단계(202)와, 사전에 저장된 지식 엔티티 정보 집합에서 상기 지식 엔티티의 적어도 하나의 속성 정보를 획득하되, 상기 적어도 하나의 속성 정보와 상기 적어도 하나의 요청은 일일이 대응되는 단계(203)와, 획득한 속성 정보를 하나의 검색 결과로 병합하여 검색 결과 페이지에 추가하는 단계(204)를 포함한다. 해당 방법은 사용자가 요청하는 내용을 표시하고, 검색 결과의 표시 내용을 풍성하게 한다.
