Summary:An organic electroluminescence display device of one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an insulating film including a concave unit having a concave first upper surface; a first electrode including a curved electrode unit having a concave second upper surface overlapping the concave unit; a pixel defining film defining a first opening unit exposing the second upper surface; an organic layer disposed on the first electrode; a second electrode disposed on the organic layer; and a light shielding layer having a width smaller than a width of the first opening unit and defining a second opening unit overlapping the first opening unit. The organic electroluminescence display device can lower the reflectance due to external light and improve light efficiency. 일 실시예의 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치는 오목한 제1 상부면을 갖는 오목부를 포함하는 절연막, 오목부에 중첩하는 오목한 제2 상부면을 갖는 곡면 전극부를 포함하는 제1 전극, 제2 상부면을 노출시키는 제1 개구부가 정의된 화소 정의막, 제1 전극 상에 배치된 유기층, 유기층 상에 배치된 제2 전극 및 제1 개구부 보다 작은 폭을 갖고 제1 개구부와 중첩하는 제2 개구부가 정의된 차광층을 포함하여 외광에 의한 반사율을 낮추고 광효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
