Provided is a quantitatively measuring conveyer capable of conveying marine products of various kinds, measuring the marine products quantitatively as many as a set weight, and packing and conveying the measured marine products. The quantitatively measuring conveyer according to the present invention includes: an inclined type conveyer (1) intermittently operated by a motor (7) in order to convey contents put in an input hopper (2) and having a belt (8), which is mounted in a caterpillar track type and has a protrusion type conveying lug (11); a measuring hopper (3) in which the contents conveyed by the conveyer (1) are put in; a load cell (12) for measuring weight of the contents put in the measuring hopper (3); and an opening and closing shutter (13) mounted to do angular motion by a shaft pin (15) in order to open and close a discharge hole (14) formed at a lower portion of the measuring hopper (3), wherein the opening and closing shutter (13) is connected with a piston (17) of a cylinder (16) in order to control an opening and closing action, and the conveyer is divided into a main conveying part (9) which is wide and a subsidiary conveying part (9) which is narrow. The quantitatively measuring conveyer according to the present invention can accurately collect and measure contents to be conveyed as much as the set weight, thereby precisely and rapidly conveying and packing the contents. 본 발명은 각종 해산물 등을 이송하고, 설정한 무게만큼 정량치로 계량하여 포장 및 이송이 가능하도록 한 정량 계량 컨베이어를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 투입호퍼(2)에 투입된 이송물을 이송하기 위해 모터(7)에 의해 간헐 구동되며 돌출형 이송러그(11)가 형성된 벨트(8)가 무한궤도형으로 권설된 경사형 컨베이어(1)와; 상기 컨베이어(1)에 의해 이송된 이송물이 투입되는 계량호퍼(3)와; 상기 계량호퍼(3)에 투입된 이송물의 무게를 측정하는 로드셀(12)과; 상기 계량호퍼(3) 하부에 형성된 배출공(14)을 개폐하기 위해 축핀(15)으로 각운동 가능하게 설치되는 개폐셔터(13)와; 상기 개폐셔터(13)는 개폐작동을 단속하기 위해 실린더(16)의 피스톤(17)과 연결하되, 상기 컨베이어는 넓은 폭의 메인이송부(9)와 좁은 폭의 서브이송부(9)로 분리 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 이송물의 양을 설정된 중량만큼 정확하게 수집하고 계량할 수 있어서 정밀하고 신속하게 이송 포장작업을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.
