The present invention relates to an image sensor capable of whether a counter, a column decoder, and a timing controller are failed or not when performing a test for an image sensor. The image sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pixel array including a plurality of pixels, wherein the pixels generates an analog signal in response to incident light; an analog-to-digital converter having a first counter for converting the analog signal into a digital signal; and an output buffer having a first memory storing a first counter test result value generated as a test result for a first counter when in a test mode and outputting the first counter test result value to the outside in response to a first selection signal, wherein the output buffer may further comprise a reset logic circuit resetting the first memory according to whether the first counter test result value is output or not. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지 센서는, 복수의 픽셀들을 포함하고, 상기 픽셀들은 입사광에 응답하여 아날로그 신호를 생성하는 픽셀 어레이, 상기 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하기 위한 제1 카운터를 구비하는 아날로그-디지털 컨버터 및 테스트 모드일 때에 상기 제1 카운터에 대한 테스트 결과로서 생성된 제1 카운터 테스트 결과 값이 저장되는 제1 메모리를 구비하고, 제1 선택 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1 메모리로부터 상기 제1 카운터 테스트 결과 값을 외부로 출력하는 출력 버퍼를 포함하고, 상기 출력 버퍼는, 상기 제1 카운터 테스트 결과 값의 출력 여부에 따라 상기 제1 메모리를 리셋(Reset)하는 리셋 로직 회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
