Summary:The present invention relates to a ferrite composition used as a magnetic field shielding member of a wireless power transmitter, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is selected from Mg, Ni, Zn, Cu, a rare earth element, and Bi; is selected from A, Fe, Mn, and Co which are one or more elements essentially including La; and has B and Al which are one or more elements essentially including Mn as essential elements. A composition ratio of the above Mg, Ni, Zn, Cu, A, Fe, B, and Al is represented by chemical formula 1, Mg_(1-a-b-c)Ni_aZn_bCu_cA_dFe_(2-d-x-y)B_xAl_yO_4. Each of (1-a-b-c), a, b, c, d, (2-d-x-y), x, and y represents a molar ratio of Mg, Ni, Zn, Cu, A, Fe, B, and Al and satisfies the following conditions: 0.03 <= a <= 0.2, 0.45 <= b <= 0.65, 0.15 <= c <= 0.28, 0.01 <= d <= 0.08, 0.01 <= x <= 0.08, 0.01 <= y <= 0.09. According to the present invention, the ferrite composition has an excellent shielding performance even in a thickness thinner than conventional ferrite compositions. It is possible to reduce the weight and thickness of a wireless power transmitter by using the ferrite composition. 본 발명은 무선 전력 송신기의 자기장 차폐제로 사용되는 페라이트 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 Mg; Ni; Zn; Cu; 희토류 원소 및 Bi로부터 선택되고, La를 필수적으로 포함하는 1종 이상의 원소인 A; Fe; Mn 및 Co로부터 선택되고, Mn을 필수적으로 포함하는 1종 이상의 원소인 B; 및 Al;를 필수 원소로 하며, 상기 Mg, Ni, Zn, Cu, A, Fe, B 및 Al의 조성비가 하기 화학식1로 표시되고, [화학식 1]상기 (1-a-b-c), a, b, c, d (2-d-x-y), x 및 y 각각은, Mg, Ni, Zn, Cu, A, Fe, B 및 Al의 몰 비를 나타내고, 하기 조건: 0.03≤a≤0.2, 0.45≤b≤0.65, 0.15≤c≤0.28, 0.01≤d≤0.08, 0.01≤x≤0.08, 0.01≤y≤0.09을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 페라이트 조성물은 종래 페라이트 조성물보다 얇은 두께에서도 우수한 차폐 성능을 가진다. 이를 활용하면, 무선 전력 송신기의 무게 및 두께를 줄일 수 있게 된다.
