Summary:A bone fusion member and an implant for intervertebral disk with the same are provided. The bone fusion member according to an embodiment of the present invention, as a bone fusion member for replacing intervertebral disk embedded in a space between an adjacent first and second vertebrae, includes a body made of a bioactive crystallized glass material, wherein the body has a shape corresponding to a surface shape of each of the first and second vertebrae, and is coupled through a buffer member and a plate for fixing to the first vertebra and the second vertebra, and a groove part for coupling the buffer member is provided on a side surface of the body. 골유합부재 및 이를 구비한 추간체 대체용 임플란트가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 골유합부재는 인접한 제1추골과 제2추골 사이의 공간에 매립되는 추간체 대체용 골유합부재로서, 생체활성 결정화 유리소재로 이루어진 몸체를 포함한다. 여기서 몸체는 제1추골 및 제2추골 각각의 표면 형상에 대응하는 형상을 가지며, 몸체는 제1추골과 제2추골에 고정하기 위한 플레이트와 완충부재를 통하여 결합되고, 완충부재를 결합하기 위한 홈부가 몸체의 측면에 구비된다.
