The present invention relates to an asset management method for a substation. According to the present invention, the asset management method for a substation includes: a step of determining compensation of a reliability model by each substation device by comparing reliability of a reference reliability model by a substation device type and the reliability in accordance with the soundness of each substation device generated based on state data by each substation device and real-time monitoring information; a step of generating a characteristic reliability model by each substation device and comparing the reference reliability model by the substation device type using the soundness by each substation device in accordance with a determination result; a step of performing a system reliability index by each maintenance scenario and economic feasibility analysis based on a reference system reliability model generated in advance on a maintenance candidate device among the substation device; and a step of renewing the characteristic reliability model by each substation device in accordance with a performance result of the maintenance by confirming execution of the maintenance after selecting the maintenance scenario by each maintenance candidate device in accordance with the result of the economic feasibility analysis, the system reliability index, the characteristic reliability model by each substation device, and the soundness by each substation device. The asset management method for a substation, compensating for the reference reliability model by the substation device type using the soundness by each substation device, compensates for the reference reliability model by the substation device model by applying the soundness by each substation device to the reference reliability model by each substation device type when the reliability in accordance with the soundness by each substation device and reliability of the reference reliability model by each substation device type are different. 본 발명의 변전소의 자산 관리 방법은, 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델의 신뢰도 및 변전소 기기 별 상태 데이터와 실시간 모니터링 정보를 기초로 생성된 변전소 기기 별 건전도에 따른 신뢰도를 비교하여, 변전소 기기 별 신뢰도 모델의 보상 여부를 판단하는 단계; 상기 판단 결과에 따라 상기 변전소 기기 별 건전도를 이용하여 상기 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델을 보상하고 변전소 기기 별 고유 신뢰도 모델을 생성하는 단계; 상기 변전소 기기 중 유지보수 대상 후보 기기에 대해서 미리 생성된 기준 계통 신뢰도 모델을 기초로 유지보수 시나리오 별 계통 신뢰도 지수 및 경제성 평가를 수행하는 단계; 상기 변전소 기기 별 건전도, 상기 변전소 기기 별 고유 신뢰도 모델, 상기 계통 신뢰도 지수 및 경제성 평가의 결과에 따라 상기 유지보수 대상 후보 기기 별 유지보수 시나리오를 선정한 후 유지보수의 실행 여부를 확인하여, 상기 유지보수의 수행 결과에 따라 상기 변전소 기기 별 고유 신뢰도 모델을 갱신하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 변전소 기기 별 건전도를 이용하여 상기 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델을 보상하는 것은, 상기 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델의 신뢰도와 상기 변전소 기기 별 건전도에 따른 신뢰도가 상이한 경우, 상기 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델에 상기 변전소 기기 별 건전도를 적용하여 상기 변전소 기종 별 기준 신뢰도 모델을 보상한다.
