Summary:The present invention relates to a method for obtaining an adult stem cell which has a surface antigen of CD49f, excellent formation of spheres due to sphere formation and a high OCT4 and SOX2 expression ability, from a cell source including a stem cell, and a cell treatment agent containing the obtained adult stem cell by the method and cells differentiated from the obtained adult stem cell as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the sphere-derived adult stem cell grows faster compared with the stem cell obtained by using a conventional adhesion culture method to be suitable for mass culture of adult stem cells, has a specific surface antigen to be homogeneously obtained by using the same, and is excellent in differentiation potency to be useful in manufacturing a cell treatment agent by using the same. 본 발명은 줄기세포를 포함하는 세포원으로부터 CD49f의 표면항원을 가지며 구형 성장(Sphere formation)에 의해 스피어(Sphere) 형성능이 우수하고, OCT4 및 SOX2 고발현능을 가지는 성체줄기세포를 수득하는 방법, 및 상기 방법으로 수득된 성체줄기세포 또는 이로부터 분화된 세포를 유효성분으로 함유하는 세포 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 스피어 유래의 성체줄기세포는 종래 부착 배양 방법으로 수득한 줄기세포보다 성장이 빠르기 때문에, 성체줄기세포의 대량 배양에 적합하며, 특정 표면항원을 가지기 때문에, 이를 이용하여 균질하게 수득이 가능하고, 분화능이 우수하여 이를 이용한 세포치료제 제조에 유용하다.
