Summary: | The present invention relates to a belt sling for conveying a high-load cargo having a metal wire on both sides of a front and a rear surface. The belt sling comprises an outer cover unit inserted into the outer circumference of a body unit having a knot ring unit, wherein a metal wire is installed on an upper surface of a plurality of lower reinforcing pads installed on both sides of a front surface and a rear surface of the outer cover unit, and a plurality of upper reinforcing pads are installed on an upper surface of the outer cover unit and mounted on the metal wire. The outer cover unit of the body unit is inserted into an insertion hole of a coil steel plate so as to be woven from both sides of the outer cover unit with a high strength Kevlar yarn when being bent. Accordingly, damage to the lower reinforcing pad having a metal wire and the upper reinforcing pad woven with the Kevlar yarn on the lower reinforcing pad due to the sharp edge and the weight of the coil steel plate formed on both upper sides of the insertion hole of the coil steel plate can be prevented. Therefore, abrasion resistance of the belt sling and fracture strength can be increased so that durability of the belt sling can be increased.
본 발명은 벨트슬링은 매듭고리부를 갖는 몸체부의 외측둘레에 삽입된 외피부와, 이 외피부의 전,후면 양측에 복수개로 설치된 하부보강덧띠부의 상부면에 금속와이어가 설치되고, 하부보강덧띠부와, 금속와이어의 상부에 안착되는 상부보강덧띠부가 외피부의 상부면에 복수개이상으로 설치되어서, 코일강판의 삽입공에 몸체부의 외피부가 삽입되어 절곡될 경우에 외피부의 양측에 고강도의 케블러사로 직조되고 금속와이어를 구비한 하부보강덧띠부와 이 하부보강덧띠부의 상부에 케블러사로 직조된 상부보강덧띠부가 코일강판의 삽입공 상부양측에 형성된 날카로운 모서리과 코일강판의 무게에 의해 손상 및 훼손되는 것을 방지하여 벨트슬링의 내마모성 및 파단강도를 높여 벨트의 슬링의 사용수명을 증대시켜 도록한 금속와이어를 전,후면 양측에 구비한 고하중 화물운반용 벨트슬링에 관한 것이다. |
