Summary:The present invention relates to a novel decursin derivative and a composition for preventing or treating an aging-related disease containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel decursin derivative shows excellent progerin expression inhibitory effect and progerin and lamin A binding inhibitory effect, and prolongs the survival period of an animal model in which progeria is induced. Therefore, the compound of the present invention can be effectively used for preventing or treating aging-related diseases such as progeria. 본 발명은 신규한 데커신 유도체 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 노화 관련 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 신규한 데커신 유도체는 우수한 프로게린 발현 억제 효과 및 프로게린 및 라민 A의 결합 억제 효과를 나타내었으며, 조로증이 유도된 동물 모델의 생존 기간을 연장시키는 것이 확인됨에 따라, 본 발명의 화합물은 조로증 등과 같은 노화관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
