Summary:A method for manufacturing a bipolar plate with uniform conductivity according to the present invention comprises the following steps: a first step of preparing a carbon fiber fabric obtained by weaving carbon fibers in the X and Y axis directions, and a carbon fiber web obtained by randomly entangling carbon fibers; a second step of laminating the carbon fiber fabric and the carbon fiber web; a third step of needle-punching the laminated carbon fiber fabric and carbon fiber web to drag the carbon fibers of the carbon fiber web in the Z axis direction, to form a mixed carbon fiber material in which the carbon fibers are arranged in the X, Y, and Z axis directions; a fourth step of impregnating the mixed carbon fiber material with a conductive resin; a fifth step of pressing the mixed carbon fiber material so that the conductive resin spreads in four directions along the carbon fibers arranged in the X, Y, and Z axis directions; and a sixth step of pressing and heating the mixed carbon fiber material to cure the conductive resin spread in all directions. 본 발명에 따른 균일한 전도성을 가진 바이폴라 플레이트 제조방법은, X,Y축 방향으로 탄소섬유가 직조되어 만들어진 탄소섬유직물과, 탄소섬유가 무작위로 얽혀져 만들어진 탄소섬유웹을 준비하는 제1단계; 상기 탄소섬유직물과 상기 탄소섬유웹을 적층하는 제2단계; 상기 적층된 탄소섬유직물과 탄소섬유웹을 니들펀칭하여, 상기 탄소섬유웹의 탄소섬유를 Z축 방향으로 끌고 내려와, 탄소섬유가 X,Y,Z축 방향으로 배치된 혼합탄소섬유재를 만드는 제3단계; 상기 혼합탄소섬유재에 전도성 수지를 함침시키는 제4단계; 상기 전도성 수지가 X,Y,Z축 방향으로 배치된 탄소섬유를 따라 사방으로 퍼지도록, 상기 혼합탄소섬유재를 가압하는 제5단계; 및 상기 혼합탄소섬유재를 가압 및 가열하여, 상기 사방으로 퍼진 전도성 수지를 경화시키는 제6단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
