Summary: | The present invention discloses a flexible assembly system for multi-product production which simulates a designed production line and checks whether the designed production line satisfies a target production amount in advance, thereby designing an optimized production line, and a method for reconstructing a production line. The method for designing a production line comprises the following steps of: constructing re-configurable assembly modules (RAMs) for each manufacturing process of the production line by using components included in a production line constructing tool; checking the production amount of the RAMs by using a production line simulator; designing the production line by using the RAMs having the production amount above a threshold value; and transmitting design information of the production line to a field line installer terminal.
다품종 생산을 위한 유연 조립 시스템 및 생산 라인 재구성 방법이 개시된다. 생산 라인 설계 방법은 생산 라인 구성 툴에 포함된 컴포넌트들을 이용하여 생산 라인의 제조 공정별 RAM들을 구성하는 단계; 생산 라인 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 상기 RAM들의 생산량을 확인하는 단계; 생산량이 임계값 이상인 RAM들을 이용하여 생산 라인을 설계하는 단계; 및 상기 생산 라인의 설계 정보를 현장 라인 설치자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. |
