Summary: | The present invention relates to a feed for raising cicada larva using an oyster mushroom mycelium extract produced in an oak sawdust culture medium containing cottonseeds, rice bran, beet pulp, and sulfur, and a production method thereof. An oyster mushroom fruit body is produced by culturing a mycelium by inoculating a sawdust culture medium with an oyster mushroom mycelium cultured in a culture medium provided by mixing 65 wt% of oak sawdust, 12 wt% of cottonseeds, 11 wt% of beet pulp, 12 wt% of rice bran, and 2 wt% of sulfur and by combining and kneading the mixture with water. A mycelium powder is produced with oyster mushroom, sulfur, and sawdust through pulverization to a particle size of 100 mesh by using a pulverizing device after culturing a fruit body of a mycelium in a solid bottle culture medium at 25°C for 30 days and by drying the same to have a moisture content of 4-5%. A sulfur liquid fertilizer is mixed with the mycelium powder, and hot water extraction is performed to obtain a filtrate. 90-95% of moisture of the filtrate is removed through a decompressed dryer, and a semi-solid concentrate is obtained and is freeze-dried. Accordingly, provided are an oyster mushroom mycelium produced in an oak sawdust culture medium, a feed additive for raising cicada larva comprising an extract thereof, and cicada larva fed therewith. An oyster mushroom mycelium powder or a hot water extract thereof including a culture medium cultured in an oak sawdust culture medium containing oak sawdust, cottonseeds, and sulfur is added to a feed for raising cicada larva at a proper ratio. Thus, the mortality of cicada larva can be remarkably reduced even without an antibiotic treatment, and a growth rate can be improved.
본 발명은 면실류, 미강, 비트펄프 및 유황이 함유된 참나무톱밥 배지에서 생산한 느타리버섯 균사체 추출물을 이용한 굼벵이 양식용 사료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 참나무톱밥 65중량%, 면실류 12중량%, 비트펄프 11중량%, 미강 12중량% 및 유황 2 중량%을 혼합한 후 물을 배합, 반죽하여 구비된 배지에 배양된 느타리버섯 균사체를 톱밥 배지에 접종하여 균사체를 배양하여 느타리버섯 자실체를 형성하고, 균사의 자실체는 고체 병배지에서 30일간 25℃에서 배양한 후 60℃에서 수분함량이 4-5%가 되게 건조시킨 후 파쇄기를 사용하여 100 mesh 입도로 분쇄를 통해 느타리버섯 유황 톱밥을 균사체 분말을 생성하고 균사체 분말에 유황 액비를 혼합고 열수추출하여 여과된 여과액을 감압건조기를 통해 수분을 90-95%를 제거시킨 후 반고형의 농축물을 획득 후 동결건조하여 형성된다. 이에 따라 참나무톱밥 배지에서 생산한 느타리버섯 균사체 및 그 추출물을 포함한 굼벵이 양식용 사료 첨가제 및 이를 양식한 굼벵이에 관한 것으로, 참나무톱밥, 면실류 및 유황을 함유하는 참나무톱밥 배지에서 배양한 배지를 포함한 느타리버섯 균사체 분말 또는 그 열수추출물을 굼벵이 양식용 사료에 적정비율로 첨가하여 항생제 처리없이도 굼벵이의 폐사율을 현저하게 감소시킬 수 있으며, 성장률의 증대할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다. |
