Summary: | Provided is a steel plate realizing excellent ICCGHAZ tension. A metal of a cross-section in parallel with the rolling direction and the plate-thickness direction at the position of t/4 when a predetermined chemical composition is satisfied, an F value calculated by the flowing formula (1) is 400 or less, and the plate thickness is t. An average roundness of oxide with a circular diameter of 1.5μm or more is 1.8 or less, and the number density of the oxide is 200 / mm^2 or less. The F value is represented by 550 - 1176 × [C] - 73 × [Mn] - 31 × [Ni]. Moreover, [C], [Mn] and [Ni] represent the content by mass% of C, Mn and Ni, respectively.
[과제] 우수한 ICCGHAZ 인성이 실현될 수 있는 후강판을 제공한다. [해결 수단] 소정의 화학 성분 조성을 만족하고, 하기 식(1)로 구해지는 F값이 400 이하이고, 또한 판 두께를 t로 했을 때, t/4 위치에서의 압연 방향 및 판 두께 방향에 평행한 단면의 금속 조직에 있어서, 원 상당 직경: 1.5μm 이상의 산화물의 평균 진원도가 1.8 이하임과 더불어, 상기 산화물의 개수 밀도가 200개/mm이하이다. F값=550-1176×[C]-73×[Mn]-31×[Ni]···(1) 단, [C], [Mn] 및 [Ni]는, 각각 C, Mn 및 Ni의 질량%로의 함유량을 나타낸다. |
