열교환기의 바디의 구멍부에 열전도체를 감합시키는 구조에 있어서, 열교환효율을 저하시키지 않고 바디와 열전도체의 열팽창차를 흡수가능하게 하는 열교환기를 제공한다. 피열교환유체를 유통시키는 유로(23)를 가지는 바디(9)와, 바디(9)를 거쳐서 피열교환유체와의 사이에서 열교환을 행하는 전열플레이트(11)를 구비한다. 전열플레이트(11)는 바디(9)의 외면에 접촉하는 접촉면(49a)을 가지는 플레이트 본체(49)와, 플레이트 본체(49)의 접촉면(49a)으로부터 돌출하여 바디(9)의 내부에 배치된 복수의 벽형상의 열전도체(51)를 구비한다. 바디(9)는 유로(23)를 피한 위치에서 복수의 벽형상의 열전도체(51)를 각각 삽입에 의해 감합시켜서 내부로의 배치를 행하게 하는 복수의 슬릿형상의 구멍부(25)를 구비한다. 각 열전도체(51)는 감합하고 있는 구멍부(25)보다도 작게 형성되어 구멍부(25)와의 사이에 간극(G1, G2, G3)을 구획한다. A heat exchanger comprises a body having a passage through which fluid to be heat-exchanged passes, a heat transfer plate conducting heat exchange relative to the fluid to be heat-exchanged through the body. The heat transfer plate is provided with a plate body having a contact face that contacts an outer surface of the body, and a plurality of wall-shaped heat conductors being protruded from the contact face of the plate body and arranged inside the body. The body is provided with a plurality of slit-shaped holes into which the plurality of wall-shaped heat conductors are inserted and fitted at positions avoiding the passage, respectively, thereby to cause the heat conductors to be arranged inside the body. Each one heat conductor is formed smaller than a hole fitted to define a gap relative to said hole fitted.
