Summary:The present invention relates to a smoke exhaust system for removal of biological fine particles and aerosolized compounds produced during laser treatment of a tissue. Rapid smoke exhaust is achieved by coupling a low capacity vacuum pump to a vacuum valve and a vacuum reservoir to create a very high flow rate for a very short duration time. An opening time of the valve can be at least partially overlapped with a laser pulse duration time. The smoke exhaust system comprises: a laser handpiece; a laser; the reservoir; the valve; and a processor. 조직의 레이저 치료 동안에 생성된 생물학적 미세 입자 및 에어로졸화된 화합물의 제거를 위한 공기 배출 시스템에 관한 것이다. 낮은 용량의 진공 펌프를 진공 밸브 및 진공 저장조에 결합하여 매우 짧은 지속시간 동안 매우 높은 유량을 생성함으로써 고속 연기 배출이 달성된다. 밸브의 개방 시간은 레이저 펄스 지속시간과 적어도 부분적으로 중첩할 수도 있다.
