A low noise motor driving device capable of improving motor drive efficiency comprises: a first input terminal (IN1) and a second input terminal (IN2) to which voltages opposite to each other are applied according to a motor driving direction; a direction determining unit (20) determining a direction of a current supplied through a rectifying unit (10) and performing control according to the direction of the current; a driving circuit unit (30) driving a motor under control of the direction determining unit (20); a motor (40) having one end connected to an output terminal of the driving circuit unit (30) and the other end connected to the first input terminal (IN1) or the second input terminal (IN2); and a counter electromotive voltage removing unit (50) forming a current loop for removing counter electromotive force of the motor (40) under the control of the direction determining unit (20). 모터 구동 방향에 따라 서로 반대의 전압이 인가되는 제1입력단(IN1) 및 제2입력단(IN2)과, 정류부(10)를 통해 공급되는 전류의 방향을 판단하여, 전류의 방향에 따른 제어를 수행하는 방향판별부(20)와, 상기 방향판별부(20)의 제어에 따라 모터를 구동하는 구동회로부(30)와, 일단은 상기 구동회로부(30)의 출력단에 연결되고, 타단은 상기 제1입력단(IN1) 또는 제2입력단(IN2)에 연결되어 구동되는 모터(40)와, 상기 방향판별부(20)의 제어에 따라 상기 모터(40)의 역기전력을 해소하는 전류 루프를 형성하는 역기전압 제거부(50)를 포함한다.
