The present invention relates to a use of a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate having anti-inflammatory activity. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating or ameliorating male menopausal syndrome, which comprises a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate as an active ingredient. The complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate of the present invention enhances the NO concentration and vascular relaxation factor, cGMP, which are involved in relaxation and expansion of blood vessels, and exerts an excellent male menopausal syndrome relaxation effect through a mechanism of increasing the secretion amount of testosterone male hormone. Therefore, the composition of the present invention, which comprises a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate as an active ingredient, can be usefully used in a pharmaceutical composition or food composition for preventing, treating or ameliorating male menopausal syndrome. 본 발명은 항염증 활성을 갖는 산수유, 갈근 및 비수리의 복합추출물의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 산수유, 갈근 및 비수리의 복합추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 남성 갱년기 증후군의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 산수유, 갈근 및 비수리의 복합추출물은 혈관의 이완 팽창 등에 관여하는 NO 농도와 혈관이완인자인 cGMP를 증가시키고, 남성호르몬인 테스토스테론의 분비량을 증가시키는 기작을 통하여 탁월한 남성 갱년기 증후군 완화 효과를 가지므로, 산수유, 갈근 및 비수리의 복합추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 남성 갱년기 증후군의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
