Summary:The present invention relates to a surface treatment and electrodeposition coating apparatus for a large area magnesium alloy and, more specifically, relates to a surface treatment and electrodeposition coating apparatus for a large area magnesium alloy, wherein wear resistance and corrosion resistance are excellent, and in case of chemical conversion treatment, etching a surface profile is reduced to improve coating contact properties, and reduce environmental pollution. Moreover, a working environment is improved. The present invention provides the surface treatment and electrodeposition coating apparatus for a large area magnesium alloy comprises: (a) a pre-treatment means of a large area magnesium alloy having a sending means, an acid defatting means, an etching means, and a neutralization means; and (b) a chemical conversion treatment means of immersing a magnesium alloy in a chemical conversion treatment liquid for the large area magnesium alloy to be chemical conversion treated. 본 발명은 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 표면처리 및 전착도장 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내마모성과 내식성이 모두 우수하고, 화성처리 시에 표면조도가 에칭되는 것을 줄여 도장 밀착성을 향상시키며, 환경오염을 줄이고 작업환경이 개선된 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 표면처리 및 전착도장 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 샌딩수단, 산탈지수단, 에칭수단 및 중화수단을 포함하는 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 전처리 수단; 및 (b) 대면적 마그네슘 합금용 화성처리액에 마그네슘 합금을 침지시켜 화성처리하는 화성처리수단을 포함하는 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 표면처리 장치를 제공한다.
