Summary:The present invention relates to a method of preparing an antibacterial composition using lugworm. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method of preparing an antibacterial composition, which comprises administering peptidoglycan to lugworm to sort live lugworms living for 10 hours or more, powdering the sorted lugworms to obtain a lugworm powder, and performing a C18 column chromatography or high performance liquid chromatography process on the lugworm powder; and the antibacterial composition and a feed composition prepared by the method. According to the present invention, the method can prepare a composition having excellent antibacterial activities with respect to harmful microorganisms such as S. iniae, V. alginolyticus, V. campbellii, E. coli, S. aureus, and the like from lugworm. The method of the present invention, as a method using host defense mechanisms of lugworm, not only can efficiently prepare a composition containing natural antibacterial materials but also can prepare a composition having excellent antibacterial activities even without performing an advanced purification process. The antibacterial composition of the present invention is expected to be able to greatly contribute to productivity improvement of livestock since the composition can be safely used in feed, and particularly is expected to be very useful in fish farming since the composition has an excellent antibacterial effect with respect to harmful microorganisms of fishes. 본 발명은 갯지렁이를 이용한 항균성 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 갯지렁이에 펩티도글리칸을 투여하여 10시간 이상 살아있는 갯지렁이를 선별하고 분말화, C18 컬럼 크로마토그래피 또는 고속액체 크로마토그래피를 수행하는 항균성 조성물의 제조방법, 이 방법으로 제조된 항균성 조성물 및 사료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 갯지렁이로부터,,,등의 유해 미생물에 대해 우수한 항균 활성을 갖는 조성물을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 갯지렁이의 생체 방어기작을 이용하는 방법으로 천연항균소재가 함유된 조성물을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 고도의 정제과정 없이도 우수한 항균 활성을 갖는 조성물을 제조할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 항균성 조성물은 사료에 안전하게 이용할 수 있어 가축의 생산성 향상에도 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 특히 어류성 유해 미생물에 대한 항균효과가 우수하여 어류 양식에 매우 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
