Summary:The present invention relates to a cushion pad for driving a concrete pile and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cushion pad is provided between a pile driving cap and an upper end portion of a concrete pile to absorb a shock of a pile driving hammer when driving the concrete pile. Moreover, fiber extracted from a coconut is cut to be compressed and bonded for the cushion pad to be easily manufactured and manufacturing costs to be reduced. In addition, damage to the concrete pile can be minimized when driving the concrete pile with improved durability. 본 발명은 콘크리트 파일의 항타 작업시 항타캡과 콘크리트 파일 상단부 사이에 구비되어 항타용 해머의 충격을 흡수하는 콘크리트 파일 항타용 쿠션패드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 코코넛으로부터 추출된 섬유를 세절하여 압축 접착함으로써 제작이 용이하고 제조단가를 낮출 수 있으며 내구성을 높여 항타시 콘크리트 파일의 손상을 최소화시킬 수 있게 된다.
