Summary: | The present invention relates to a high-pressure tank having heat radiation and a remaining gas discharge structure and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a high-pressure tank, including a liner and a composite material covering the outer circumferential surface of the liner. The high-pressure tank comprises: a heat transfer sheet capable of being formed on the outer circumferential surface of the liner; and a spacer capable of being disposed between the heat transfer sheet and the composite material. Moreover, a gap can be formed between the heat transfer sheet and the spacer.
