Summary:The present invention relates to a high-pressure tank having heat radiation and a remaining gas discharge structure and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a high-pressure tank, including a liner and a composite material covering the outer circumferential surface of the liner. The high-pressure tank comprises: a heat transfer sheet capable of being formed on the outer circumferential surface of the liner; and a spacer capable of being disposed between the heat transfer sheet and the composite material. Moreover, a gap can be formed between the heat transfer sheet and the spacer. 본 발명은 방열 및 체류 가스 배출 구조를 가지는 고압용기 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 라이너와 상기 라이너 외주면을 감싸는 복합재를 포함하여 형성되는 고압용기에 있어서, 상기 라이너 외주면에 형성될 수 있는 열전달 시트; 및 상기 열전달 시트와 상기 복합재 사이에 구비될 수 있는 스페이서;를 포함하고, 상기 열전달 시트와 상기 스페이서 사이에 틈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기와 그 제조 방법에 관한 발명이다.
