Summary:The present invention provides an electro deposition coating method which comprises: an electrolytic degreasing step of removing a foreign substance on a surface of an object to be coated to enable the surface of the object to be coated to be even; a step of washing the surface of the object to be coated, wherein the object is exposed to outdoor air; and an electrodeposition step of forming an electrodeposition paint film on the washed object to be coated. Moreover, the method comprises a step of enabling the object to be coated to stand by outdoors, wherein the object to be coated is exposed to outdoor air for 20-120 seconds to evenly form an oxidized film on a surface of the object to be coated. Therefore, a color of a material of the object to be coated can be evenly shown. 본 발명은 피도장물 표면의 이물질을 제거하여 피도장물의 표면을 균일하게 하는 전해 탈지 단계, 전해 탈지된 피도장물을 외부 공기에 노출시켜 산화피막이 형성되도록 일정 시간 외부에 대기시키는 단계, 외부 공기에 노출된 피도장물의 표면을 수세하는 단계, 수세된 피도장물에 전착 도막을 형성하는 전착 단계를 포함하는 전착 도장 방법을 제공한다. 이 때 피도장물을 외부에 대기시키는 단계를 포함하되, 구체적으로는 20초~120초 시간 동안 피도장물을 외부 공기에 노출시켜 피도장물의 표면에 산화피막이 균일하게 형성되어 피도장물 자체 소재의 색상이 고르게 표현될 수 있도록 해준다.
