Summary:The present invention provides a quantum dot containing complex and a method for manufacturing the same. The quantum dot containing complex according to an embodiment of the present invention includes inorganic particles including a thiol group (-SH) and at least one quantum dot bonded to the inorganic particle surface. In the quantum dot containing complex according to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermal stability and the light stability of the quantum dot can be enhanced by chemical bonding between the quantum dot and the inorganic particle. 본 발명은 양자점 함유 복합체 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 양자점 함유 복합체는 싸이올기(thiol group, -SH)를 포함하는 무기물 입자 및 상기 무기물 입자 표면에 결합된 적어도 하나의 양자점을 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 양자점 함유 복합체는 양자점과 무기물 입자의 화학적 결합에 의해 양자점의 열 안정성 및 광 안정성이 향상될 수 있다.
