The marine crane comprises: a main body; a leg which is arranged to penetrate the main body and descends to the sea floor to fix the main body; a jack disposed in the main body and lowering the leg to the sea floor; a rail installed on the lower surface of the main body facing the sea surface; and a hoist moving along the rail and handling an object. 해상 크레인이 제공된다. 해상 크레인은, 본체, 상기 본체를 관통하도록 배치되고, 해저면으로 하강되어 상기 본체를 고정시키는 다리, 상기 본체에 배치되고, 상기 다리를 해저면으로 하강시키는 잭(jack), 해수면과 마주보는 상기 본체의 하면에 설치되는 레일, 및 상기 레일을 따라 이동하고, 물체를 핸들링 하는 호이스트(hoist)를 포함한다.
