Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic apparatus including an antenna impedance matching circuit. The electronic apparatus includes: at least one interface; at least one sensing circuit for sensing the connection of at least one external device to the at least one interface; at least two matching circuits; an antenna; and a switch module for receiving at least one signal corresponding to whether the at least one external device and the at least one interface are connected, from the at least one sensing circuit, and connecting the antenna to the matching circuit corresponding to the at least one signal among the at least two matching signals. Besides, various embodiments are possible.
