Summary: | The present invention provides multiple vesicles with a novel form composed of multiple components through the hierarchical self-assembly of cyclic peptides and lipid bilayer vesicles, and since the multiple vesicles can encapsulate a variety of physiologically active substances, the multiple vesicles have high performance (are sophisticated) and excellent thermal stability and have new physical properties such as electric double layer and the like. Therefore, the multiple vesicles of the present invention can be used as various organelles and artificial cells which perform complex functions.
본 발명은 고리형 펩타이드와 지질 이중막 베시클의 계층적(hierarchical) 자기조립을 통해 다중 성분으로 이루어진, 새로운 형태의 다중 베시클을 제공하고, 이러한 다중 베시클은 다양한 생리활성 물질들을 봉입할 수 있으므로, 고성능 즉 다기능성(sophisticated)을 가질 뿐만 아니라 열 안정성이 우수하고, 전기 이중층 등의 새로운 물리적 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 본 발명의 다중 베시클은 복합적 기능을 수행하는 다양한 세포소기관(organelles)과 인공 세포로의 활용이 가능하다. |
