Summary:The present invention relates to an anti-fingerprint silicone binder substituted with a fluoroalkyl group or perfluoroalkyl ether group, and a method of producing the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a silicone binder substituted with an alkoxy group and a method of producing the same, in which the silicone binder substituted with the alkoxy group is produced by adding bis(chlorosilyl)alkane having a Si-H bond through hydrosilyation to an alkene substituted with a fluoroalkyl group or perfluoroalkyl ether group to produce a silane compound substituted with a fluoroalkyl group, and making a chloro group of the silane compound substituted with a fluoroalkyl group react with trimethyl/ethyl orthoformate. The silicone binder of the present invention is represented by chemical formula 4, (Rf)(CH_2)_mO(CH_2)_(n+2)Si(OR)_2(CH_2)_qSi(OR)_3. In chemical formula 4, Rf is F(CF_2)_o, F(CF(Y)CF_2O)_p, or (CF_3)_2; o = 1 to 10, Y = F, CF_3, and p = 2 to 200; q = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 11; m = 1, 2, or 3; n = 2, 4, 6, 8, or 9; and R is Me or Et. 본 발명은 플루오로알킬기 또는 퍼플루오로알킬 이더기가 치환된 지문방지용 실리콘 결합제 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 플루오로알킬기 또는 퍼플루오로알킬 이더기가 치환된 알켄에 Si-H 결합을 가진 비스(클로로실릴)알칸을 수소규소화반응으로 부가시켜 제조되는 플루오로알킬기가 치환된 실란화합물의 클로로기를 트리메틸/에틸오르소포메이트로 반응시켜 알콕시기가 치환된 실리콘 결합제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 실리콘 결합제는 아래의 화학식 4로 표시되고, 화학식 4 (Rf)(CH)O(CH)Si(OR)(CH)Si(OR)상기에서 Rf는 F(CF),F(CF(Y)CFO), 또는(CF)가 되고, o=1~10, Y=F, CFp=2~200가 되고, q= 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 또는 11이 되고, m=1, 2 또는 3이고, n= 2, 4, 6, 8 또는 9가 되고, R은 Me 또는 Et가 된다.
