Summary:According to the present invention, hydrophobic interactions between silk fibroin molecules occur in microchannel-type BCP granules to deposit the silk fibroin molecules on the surface of the granules in a multiple layers, so that the microchannel-type BCP granules solve a problem of brittleness and improve strength, and at the same time, advantages such as excellent biocompatibility, proliferation ability, and ability to differentiate into bone cells of the silk fibroin can be obtained. 본 발명은 마이크로 채널형의 BCP 과립에 실크 피브로인 분자사이에 소수성의 상호작용을 유발시켜 실크 피브로인 분자를 과립의 표면에 다중으로 증착시켜, 마이크로 채널형 BCP 과립의 취성문제 해결 및 강도를 향상시킴과 동시에 실크 피브로인의 우수한 생체적합성, 증식능, 골세포로의 분화능 등의 이점을 얻고자 한다.
