Summary: | The present invention relates to an intake check valve and a compressor having the same, wherein the intake check valve comprises: a core body arranged between an intake port of the compressor and an intake chamber; a spring body arranged along a partial circumference of the core body in the intake port; and a protrusion block arranged in the core body for the core body to eccentrically move about a central axis of the intake port. According to the present invention, through a valve operated by being eccentric in the intake port of the compressor, intake pulsation is reduced by enabling vibration or excitation frequency of an engine or a pulley not to be the same as wave frequency of an absorbed fluid.
본 발명은 흡입 체크밸브 및 이를 포함하는 압축기에 관한 것으로, 압축기의 흡입구와 흡입챔버 사이에 배치되는 코어바디와 상기 흡입구의 내부에서 상기 코어바디의 일부 둘레를 따라 배치되는 스프링바디 및 상기 코어바디가 상기 흡입구의 중심축을 기준으로 편심 이동되도록, 상기 코어바디상에 배치되는 돌기블록를 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따르면, 압축기의 흡입구에 편심되어 작동되는 밸브를 통해 엔진 또는 풀리의 진동(가진)주파수와 흡입되는 유체의 파동주파수를 불일치시켜 흡입맥동을 저감시키는 효과가 있다. |
