Summary:The present invention relates to an automatic cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) recycling system. The automatic CCFL recycling system comprises: a sealed housing from which air therein does not escape; a crusher which is installed inside the sealed housing to crush processing target materials including CCFLs or CCFLs and auxiliary components connected thereto; a transfer conveyor which is installed inside the sealed housing to transfer the crushed materials crushed in the crusher; and a non-magnetic material collection bin and a magnetic material collection bin which are installed inside the sealed housing and into which the crushed materials transferred through the transfer conveyor are collected, wherein a magnetic separation means transferring a magnetic force is installed at an end portion of the transfer conveyor. In particular, the non-magnetic material collection bin collects non-magnetic materials among the crushed materials, which fall immediately from the end portion of the transfer conveyor to which the magnetic force is transferred; and the magnetic material collection bin collects magnetic materials among the crushed materials, which pass above the non-magnetic material collection bin by being attached to a lower part of the transfer conveyor to which the magnetic force is transferred, and then fall therefrom as the magnetic force is removed. The present invention, by processing the CCFLs in an unmanned automated manner and collecting the magnetic materials and the non-magnetic materials separately, serves to prevent the problem in the prior art of an operator being exposed to mercury injected into CCFLs, and at the same time, serves to reduce the labor cost. 본 발명은 CCFL 자동 재활용 처리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 내부의 공기가 외부로 누출되지 않는 밀폐하우징; 상기 밀폐하우징 내부에 설치되고 CCFL 또는 CCFL과 그에 연결된 부속부품을 포함하는 처리 대상물을 분쇄하는 분쇄기; 상기 밀폐하우징 내부에 설치되고 상기 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 분쇄물을 이송하는 이송컨베이어; 및 상기 밀폐하우징 내부에 설치되고 상기 이송컨베이어를 통해 이송된 분쇄물이 수거되는 비자성재료 수거함과 자성재료 수거함을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 이송컨베이어의 끝부분에 자성을 인가하는 자성분리수단이 설치되며, 상기 비자성재료 수거함은 상기 분쇄물 중에서 자성이 인가된 상기 이송컨베이어의 끝부분에서 바로 낙하되는 비자성재료를 수거하고, 상기 자성재료 수거함은 상기 분쇄물 중에서 자성이 인가된 상기 이송컨베이어의 하부에 자력에 의해 부착되어 상기 비자성재료 수거함의 위쪽을 지난 뒤에 자력이 제거됨으로써 낙하되는 자성재료를 수거하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은, 무인 자동화 방식으로 CCFL을 처리하여 자성재료와 비자성재료를 분류 수거하기 때문에, 종래에 작업자가 CCFL에 주입된 수은에 노출되는 문제를 방지하는 동시에 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
