The present invention relates to a clear coating composition, an aluminum door frame molding using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a clear coating composition having excellent moldability, which may include a metal powder to improve hardness, and have improved moldability by making the metal powder into a semi-solid state through heat treatment before molding, the aluminum door frame molding using the same, and the manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은, 클리어코팅 조성물, 이를 이용한 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 클리어 코팅 조성물에 금속분말을 포함하여 경도를 향상시키고, 성형전 열처리를 통해 금속분말을 반용융 상태로 만들어 성형성을 개선한, 성형성이 우수한 고경도 클리어코팅 조성물, 이를 이용한 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
