Summary:The present disclosure relates to a 5^th generation (5G) or pre-5G communications system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4^th generation (4G) communications system such as long term evolution (LTE). In a wireless communications system, a terminal device comprises a transceiving unit for transmitting and receiving a signal, and a control unit functionally coupled with the transceiving unit. The control unit controls the transceiving unit to transmit a scheduling request (SR) signal by using a resource pre-allocated from a base station, and controls the transceiving unit to transmit uplink (UL) data for a first service by using a resource punctured in a downlink (DL) subframe for a second service. The pre-allocated resources include resources allocated in a DL subframe for the second service. 본 개시는 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 같은 4G(4generation) 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G(5generation) 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 무선 통신 시스템에서 단말 장치는 신호를 송수신하는 송수신부와, 상기 송수신부와 기능적으로 결합된 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 기지국으로부터 미리 할당된 자원을 이용하여, 스케줄링 요청(scheduling request, SR) 신호를 송신하도록 상기 송수신부를 제어하고, 제2 서비스를 위한 하향링크(downlink, DL) 서브프레임에서 펑처링(puncturing)된 자원을 이용하여, 제1 서비스를 위한 상향링크(uplink, UL) 데이터를 송신하도록 상기 송수신부를 제어하며, 상기 미리 할당된 자원은, 상기 제2 서비스를 위한 DL 서브프레임에서 할당된 자원을 포함된다.
