Summary:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an embossed nonwoven electrostatic filter and an embossed nonwoven electrostatic filter using the same. More specifically, provided in the present invention are a method of manufacturing an embossed nonwoven electrostatic filter in which embossing protrusions are formed on an electrostatically processed polypropylene nonwoven fabric by regulating the temperature and the speed of an embossing roller to further lower the pressure loss of the nonwoven electrostatic filter and improve the filter performance index; and an embossed nonwoven electrostatic filter with the improved filter performance index using the same. Accordingly, the filter performance index of the embossed nonwoven fabric electrostatic filter of the present invention when the electrostatic filter filters chargeless particles in the size of 100 nm can be improved to the level of 0.0477 Pa-1 to 0.049 Pa-1. 본 발명은 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 부직포 정전필터의 압력 손실을 보다 더 낮추어 필터성능지수를 향상시키기 위해 엠보싱 롤러의 온도 및 속도를 조절하여 정전 처리된 폴리프로필렌 부직포에 엠보싱 돌기를 형성하는 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 필터성능지수가 향상된 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터을 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명의 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터에 100 nm의 무대전 입자를 여과시켰을 때의 상기 엠보싱 부직포 정전필터의 필터성능지수는 0.0477 Pa내지 0.049 Pa수준으로 향상될 수 있다.
