The present invention provides a resin composition capable of forming an attaching part cured at a low temperature, having sufficient conductivity, and having connection reliability. The resin composition includes conductive particles, epoxy resin, phenoxy resin, and a curing agent. The conductive particles include solder particles. The epoxy resin is at least one selected from among bisphenol epoxy resin, epoxy phenol novolac resin, biphenyl epoxy resin, naphthalene epoxy resin, dicyclopentadiene epoxy resin, triglycylglycine isocyanurate, cyclohexane epoxy resin, and adamantane epoxy resin. The curing agent is at least one selected from among an epoxy resin amine additive compound, an epoxy resin imidazoline additive compound, and a degenerated aliphatic polyamine compound. (과제) 본 발명은, 저온에서도 경화할 수 있고, 충분한 도전성과, 접속 신뢰성을 갖는 접착부를 형성할 수 있는 수지 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. (해결 수단) 도전성 입자와 에폭시 수지와 페녹시 수지와 경화제를 포함하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 도전성 입자로서 땜납 입자를 포함하고, 상기 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지, 페놀 노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 바이페닐형 에폭시 수지, 나프탈렌형 에폭시 수지, 디시클로펜타디엔형 에폭시 수지, 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트, 시클로헥산형 에폭시 수지, 아다만탄형 에폭시 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 에폭시 수지이고, 상기 경화제가, 에폭시 수지 아민 부가물 화합물, 에폭시 수지 이미다졸 부가물 화합물, 변성 지방족 폴리아민 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 화합물인 수지 조성물.
