The present invention discloses a sensor assembly for detecting solar insolation for a vehicle and an air conditioning system having the same. The sensor assembly for detecting solar insolation for a vehicle comprises: a housing; a fixing plate fixed to an upper end surface of the housing in a plane phase; a plurality of photo sensors bonded to the surface of the fixing plate and connected to a lead having a unidirectional inclined structure; and a sensor cap engaged to the housing and penetrated by sunlight. 본 발명은 차량용 일사 감지 센서 조립체 및 이를 갖는 공조 시스템을 개시한다. 차량용 일사 감지 센서 조립체는, 하우징, 상기 하우징의 상단면에 평면상으로 고정되는 고정 플레이트, 상기 고정 플레이트의 표면상에 본딩되며 일정한 단방향 경사 구조를 갖는 리드에 연결되는 다수의 포토 센서, 및 상기 하우징와 체결되며 태양광을 투과하는 센서 캡을 포함한다.
