Summary: | A method for producing fatty acid isotridecyl ester, and an eco-friendly metalworking fluid composition containing the same can be widely used in various emulsions such as cutting oil, rolling oil and anti-rust oil, and exhibit economic feasibility and efficiency in synthesizing fatty acid isotridecyl ester. In addition, oxidation stability and fluidity at a low temperature can be secured, and a synthetic substance having a chemical structure similar to petroleum-based mineral oil can be produced. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method for producing the fatty acid isotridecyl ester involves an esterification reaction of isotridecanol and vegetable oil fatty acid.
본 발명의 지방산 아이소트라이데실 에스테르의 제조방법 및 그를 포함하는 친환경 금속가공유 조성물은 절삭유, 압연유, 방청유 등 다양한 유제에 광범위하게 사용되며, 지방산 아이소트라이데실 에스테르를 합성하는데 경제적이고 효율적인 효과를 나타낼 수 있고, 산화 안정성 및 저온에서의 유동성을 확보할 수 있고, 석유계 기반 광유와 유사한 화학적 구조의 합성물을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제1 측면에 따르면 아이소트라이데칸올과 식물성 유지 지방산의 에스테르화 반응을 통한 지방산 아이소트라이데실 에스테르의 제조방법;을 제공한다. |
