A bone substitute implant is provided. The bone substitute implant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a synostosis member which comprises a body made of a bioactive crystallized glass material, and which is in contact with the surface of an adjacent bone so as to fuse therewith; an implant body to be fixed between adjacent bones; and a buffer member arranged between the synostosis member and the implant body so that the synostosis member and the implant body are spaced from each other.
