Summary:A bone substitute implant is provided. The bone substitute implant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a synostosis member which comprises a body made of a bioactive crystallized glass material, and which is in contact with the surface of an adjacent bone so as to fuse therewith; an implant body to be fixed between adjacent bones; and a buffer member arranged between the synostosis member and the implant body so that the synostosis member and the implant body are spaced from each other. An embodiment of the present invention is to provide the bone substitute implant which is easy to perform a surgery and can improve the synthesis of bone and mechanical stability. 골대체 임플란트가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 골대체 임플란트는 생체활성 결정화 유리소재로 이루어진 몸체를 포함하고, 인접한 골의 표면과 접촉하여 유합하기 위한 골유합부재; 인접한 골 사이에 고정하기 위한 임플란트몸체; 및 골유합부재와 임플란트몸체 사이에 배치되어 골유합부재와 임플란트몸체를 이격시키는 완충부재;를 포함한다.
